PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICIES
PRICING
Cream Tea service is priced at $16 per guest.
Afternoon Tea service is priced at $36 per guest.
Tax and gratuity are not included in the prix fixe price.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made in full by cash or credit card, with a maximum of two credit cards per table. Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to parties of six or more.

To ensure a smooth and seamless check out, we kindly ask that you visit the host stand to review and settle your bill. Checks will not be presented to the table. We offer one check per table and are unable to split or itemize checks per guest.
CANCELLATION POLICIES AND LARGE GROUP RESERVATIONS
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations under 8 guests: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid fees.
Cancellation fees are firm and apply to the following:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance result in a $20 charge per guest.

Adjustments to the reservations size made less than 24 hours in advance result in a $20 charge per guest.

Adjustments to the reservation size at the time of dining result in a $36 charge for the full tea service prepared and served.

No show reservations result in a $40 charge per guest.

LARGE GROUP RESERVATIONS
We are happy to accommodate large group reservations for up to 12 guests maximum during normal business hours. For groups larger than 12 guests, we offer petite private dining packages booked directly with the restaurant, subject to their own cancellation polices.

Petite Private Dining: $500.00 minimum for 90 minutes of dining with groups of 12 - 20 maximum

Available Dining Hours: Saturdays 10:00 - 11:30am and 4:00 - 5:30pm, and Sundays 4:00 - 5:30pm
​​ALLERGEN AND DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS
We are pleased to offer modified menus for guests with allergies and dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan (including options that are both gluten-free and dairy-free), and nut-free selections. However, we are not a restaurant specializing in allergen-free or dietary-restricted dining, and we do not operate an allergen-free kitchen. Our modified menus are designed to allow more guests to enjoy our atmosphere, but we encourage those with severe allergies to review our offerings carefully before booking.
Advance notice is required for all menu modifications. If a note was not made at the time of booking, please request at least 24 hours before your reservation. When submitting requests, please be as specific as possible (e.g., “1 gluten-free, 2 vegetarian, 1 dairy-free”) to ensure we prepare accordingly. If a nut-free menu is required, please specify the exact allergy details.
While we do our best to accommodate various dietary needs, we are unable to create fully customized menus or accommodate soy-free or sesame-free requests. If our available options do not meet your needs, you are welcome to enjoy tea with your guests or visit us during walk-in hours, where seating is available without the $36 minimum. ALLERGEN NOTICE : Our menus include products that contain or may contain tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, and berries. We also partner with local vendors and bakeries that use these ingredients in their products. Our staff and partners are trained to minimize the risk of cross-contamination in allergen-friendly offerings. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of these allergens. Guests with food allergies should be aware of the potential risks before dining with us. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us before your visit, and we will be happy to discuss your options.

LOCATION, PARKING, ACCESSIBILITY, AND TIME OF ARRIVAL
LOCATION
We are located at 7 Main St, North Kingstown, RI, 02852 in historic Wickford Village.
PARKING
Parking is available in the municipal lot and along the street. The municipal lot offers ample public parking and is just a short three-minute walk around the corner from our tea room. We encourage guests to arrive in town early to allow time for parking and to explore the wonderful shops and merchants along Brown Street and West Main Street before your tea service.
ACCESSIBILITY
For guests using a wheelchair, we offer side ramp access for easy entry into our tea cottage. If you or someone in your party requires assistance or has any specific accessibility needs, please feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
TIME OF ARRIVAL
We take great care in creating the perfect atmosphere for your afternoon tea experience. Seating is promptly at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM. We invite you to arrive early and wait in our gathering area, where you can browse our merchandise, or enjoy our selection of tea table books.
CHILDREN 10 YEARS AND UNDER
We welcome guests of all ages and do not have a minimum age requirement. However, every seat assigned is priced at $36.00. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that younger guests be prepared for the full tea service, understanding that it is an intimate and leisurely dining experience. We offer a Children’s Menu for those 10 years and under, which must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that we do not provide high chairs or booster seats.
TABLE PLACEMENT AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
To ensure a seamless experience, tables are thoughtfully assigned in advance with consideration for allergies, celebrations, accessibility, and guest comfort. All special requests must be noted at the time of booking. If a request was forgotten, please contact us at least 24 hours before your reservation. Please note that we require time to accommodate adjustments, and a confirmation must be received to ensure your request has been acknowledged. Once service has begun, table placements cannot be adjusted.
ATTIRE
We invite our guests to tailor the experience to their personal preferences. Arrive in formal attire for an elegant occasion, or opt for a casual ensemble for a more relaxed visit, the choice is entirely yours.
TAKEAWAY
Our tea service is meant to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience, and we hope every bite is savored during your visit. However, we understand that you may have a few treats left to take home. While we do not provide takeaway boxes or hot cups, paper bags will be available for your convenience.
